Employee safety is our #1 priority.

Dalco realizes that keeping our employees safe is a dynamic process requiring ongoing Dalco employee, Dalco staff, Dalco management and client input. As a result we continually develop, adjust and implement our existing Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.

Proper training is a key to maintaining a safe work environment. Dalco arranges for all in-house, on-site and classroom training courses that employees require to work safely. This includes training maintenance as well as industry training compliance.

Dalco has a full-time CRSP certified HSE Manager, as well as designated assistants at branch locations. These individuals are responsible for site visits, necessary document reviews and liaison between DSI and client safety teams.

In addition to subscribing to and being approved by the four major Safety Registries (CanQual Standard, CanQual Advantage, Comply Works, ISN, and Avetta), Dalco’s safety programs, policies and procedures continually surpass client, ASCA COR and SSPC QP1 audits requirements.
